Brad Pitt visited with Maddox for the first time since the plane incident

As we all have heard by now, there was a major ruckus that went down between Brad Pitt and his 15-year-old son Maddox Jolie-Pitt. The entire family were aboard a private jet when the argument happened and it caused the Department of Children and Family Services as well as the FBI to step in and get involved.

Since that happened, Brad and Maddox hadn’t really connected — until Wednesday.

TMZ reports:

Sources connected with Angelina tell us the 2 met Wednesday afternoon with a therapist present. There had been a plan in place for Brad and Maddox to reunite a while back, but we’re told the therapist felt the timing wasn’t right.

The sources say Brad has had visits with his 5 other kids before Wednesday, but the face-to-face with Maddox is a turning point.

As we reported, Brad and Angelina agreed to a temporary custody plan which the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services created, in which Angelina gets temporary physical custody and Brad gets visitation.

According to their report, DCFS still has the matter under investigation at this point. The FBI has already questioned Angelina and the children in order to determine what the facts are in the case. Sources close to Angelina have revealed that she wants her family to function with both parents fully involved in the children’s lives.

In more recent news, we’ve learned that Brad had until Wednesday to file his answer to Angelina’ divorce complaint. It has been suspected that Brad might be waiting to avoid psychological damage to their six children or that he is simply waiting for DCFS to close their investigation.
