Lea Michele got naked for Women’s Health– and for HERSELF.
The Glee alum left her clothes (and inhibitions) at the door to answer a couple questions for the magazine, along with giving them a couple snaps of her Soul Cycle bod (which the magazine makes a point to communicate that she’s IN LOVE WITH). Check out some highlights:
On where she’s at, physically: ââ¬ËWhen I left Glee [the hit musical-comedy drama that was made for teens but became the secret guilty pleasure for adults too], I needed something toàreplace all the dancing about I was doing,ââ¬â¢ she says. ââ¬ËRight now, I feel physically in my best shape and emotionally in my best place.ââ¬â¢
On her love of Soul Cycle: ââ¬ËInitially I didnââ¬â¢t think that I would get into all that either. Butàlet me tell you, Iââ¬â¢m now in the front row singing and clapping along. Iââ¬â¢m not the kind of person who would go to the gym. For me, working out has to be good for my mind too, and when I leave, the endorphins are buzzing, Iââ¬â¢m glowing and I feel like I can take on the world.ââ¬â¢
What she “splurges” on: ââ¬ËWhen I say I splurge ââ¬â thatââ¬â¢s pizza, mac and cheese, pasta; itââ¬â¢s not McDonaldââ¬â¢s. Look everyone can do whateveràthey want, this is just what I do.ââ¬â¢

Now, I’m not a huge fan of Lea, but I do agree that having a workout you’re into and a lifestyle that isn’t too oppressive is pretty key. You can pick up the whole magazine on newsstands August 3rd, if you’re so inclined…
