Justin Bieber, you may have just bought yourself a VERY expensive phone.

Robert Earl Morgan is a dude who is claiming the singer destroyed his cell phone when he was taking precious beer bong footage of the singer, and has filed a lawsuit seeking as much as $100,000.

The sitch? Morgan was at Cle nightclub in Houston last month when Bieber showed up and began messing with his douchey friend Post Malone, who I guess appeared to extinguish a cigarette on the rapper’s arm. Fun club shenanigans!

Bieber then grabbed a beer bong and tried his hand at chugging. Morgan says Bieber “was clearly a novice,” spilling the beer all over his clothes and face, in what will most likely become a “classic Bieber move.” I mean, I hope. Morgan says he was shooting cellphone video of the mishap, when Biebs got pissed, grabbed his cellphone and smashed it to pieces.

According to TMZ, Morgan never got his SIM card back, which contained such precious gems of memories, including pics of his grandma’s 100th birthday party (and again, Biebs looking like a D bag). He says he also lost business contacts and it’s eaten into his commission. Morgan adds he minored in photography in college and had 5,000 pics and videos documenting his travels, which he’ll never get back. But you know what he can get? Money from Bieber.

And know what? I bet he’ll get some. Biebs? Maybe next time you wanna beer bong in private.
