It’s official: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have hopped the pond.
We reported in January that the couple had planned to transplant their brood– including kids Maddox, 14, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 9, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 7- to London, and now the wheels are a-turning.
The famous family settled into a modest little eight-bedroom, $21,000-a-month rental at the end of February, a source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly:
They’ll stay at the “beautiful, White House–style home,” for at least six months, says the insider, while Pitt, 52, films 2017’s World War Z 2 and the Goodwill Ambassador, 40, focuses on political projects.
Nestled on the River Thames in the London suburb Surrey, the mansion, which boasts an indoor pool and gym, is just 40 minutes from pal George Clooney’s pad.
The clan has been exploring its new stomping grounds too. On March 5, Pitt took the twins to a pottery studio. A week earlier, Jolie Pitt and the younger kids visited Hamleys toy store. Adds the source, “She bought them presents for their new playroom!”
Aren’t they a little old for a playroom? Or Is that a quaint London term for “room kids use their smartphones in?” Either way, tally ho and pip pip, you guys are going to have a LOT of sticky pudding and call if you need a nanny (not THAT kind of nanny, unless you want me to be…).
