Kudos, Haylie Duff!
The girl is honest: nine months after giving birth to her baby daughter Ryan Ava, she says she hasnââ¬â¢t bounced back to her pre-baby body and she’s cool with that.
Duff told Wonderwall that she ââ¬Ådefinitelyââ¬Â doesnââ¬â¢t ââ¬Åfeel like Iââ¬â¢m looking amazing (but that she has not) put pressure on myself to lose everything right away.ââ¬Â
Aside from walks with baby Ryan, Duffââ¬â¢s fitness regimen has been mellow, mainly due to her desire to breastfeed:
ââ¬ÅI had sort of an interesting situation when I was nursing where if I was working out too much or cutting my calories, my milk supply really went down,ââ¬Â the Real Girlââ¬â¢s Kitchen host, 30,àtold Wonderwall.
ââ¬ÅSo for me, it was a struggle because I really wanted to focus on losing weight and getting my body back. But at the end of the day, I had to sit down and make the decision that meant the most to me ââ¬â and that was breastfeeding my baby.ââ¬Â
Haylie made a choice. And I’m glad it was the one that hadÃÂ to do with the personal relationship with her baby, and less about howÃÂ she is perceived by society…
