Chloe Grace Moretz is featured on the cover of the December issue of Nylon magazine. Inside, she talks to the magazine about who she’s voting for in the presidential race next year.
And while it might be easy to ask her a million questions about co-stars and set stories, Moretz is more interested in Democratic debates and her favorite presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, in the Nylon feature.
“I read up on all of the candidates and Hillary is the best — male or female,” said Moretz to the magazine. “Hillary’s giving us real answers to real questions for once. And I think she’s one of the first candidates we’ve had in a long time that isn’t lying to us in that sense.”
Moretz added, “I think she’s an amazing role model, and I like her ideas for education reform and college loan — higher education should be as accessible as a high school education. You shouldn’t have to pay 15 years of your life back to a bank to pay off a student loan.”
Does she have a valid point? Or are you more of the mind that actors and actresses should stay out of political affairs?
