Kaley Cuoco makes time for her fans amid Ryan Sweeting divorce

Kaley Cuoco might be going through a tough time in her divorce from Ryan Sweeting, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that she doesn’t have time for her young fans.

She was in good spirits during the promotion of her indie movie “Burning Bodhi” at the Austin Film Festival on Sunday. She took some interviews while on the red carpet, but apparently some young fans in attendance missed out on the opportunity to talk to her. So, she came right back out of the screening to meet up with them for a chat.

A source on the scene said, “She switched out of her shoes and put on sneakers immediately, but then rushed out to talk to them.”

She also revealed at the premiere that she was in a dark place when she filmed the new flick. She said, “It was cool for someone to take a chance on me, to do something other than comedy. I mean, I auditioned for it, I went through the whole thing to get the job. So I was really proud of myself, and I dove into a whole different world that I am not used to.”

She went on to say, “I only shot for nine days, and I was kind of there the whole time in my head. The town was a little dark, the whole thing, the energy just made you feel that way. We had so little time, so we just tried to get the work done, so I would say this is kind of one of the more serious work experiences I’ve had.”

She also said that she did a lot of her own hair and makeup for the movie. She said, “I was painting my eyes black, I cut my hair, and every morning I was putting new pins in it. It was fun, I just really wanted to look completely different than I normally do. When I say I had makeup on, I didn’t have any face makeup on, it was all eye makeup. I wanted it to look super real.”

She added, “It took me out of the norm. I’m pretty proud of it.”
