Bradley Cooper is still in the middle of promoting his new movie “Burnt”, so naturally he’s been doing a lot of press lately to draw attention to it. He just appeared on Howard Stern’s radio show where he discussed the topic of sleeping with Jennifer Lawrence.
They have already starred together in three movies and one would think that they would get the hint that America seems to love them together, but apparently that’s not the case.
In an interview on The Howard Stern Show Wednesday, the Burnt actor assured the host that despite getting close to Jennifer Lawrence while working on three films together, the two have maintained a platonic relationship.
When Stern asked Cooper, 40, if the two were ever going to sleep together, he quickly replied: “Never.”
Stern also asked if Lawrence’s age (25) had anything to do with it – as Cooper had previously stated – but he clarified that their 15-year age gap wasn’t an issue.
“I said that once on a red carpet just as a diffuse thing and then it became a thing because the girl I was seeing (Suki Waterhouse) was as young as she was,” he explained.
Instead, the reason is simple: they are simply too good of friends. “It just didn’t happen,” he said. “It’s not the way we are together.”
Is it any shock that they won’t ever hook up?
