Can you freaking believe Hilaria Baldwin had her second child just TWO DAYS AGO?

The yoga instructor and wife of Alec Baldwin, shared a photo on Instagram Friday of herself posing in the mirror in lingerie just 48 hours after giving birth to son Rafael Thomas Baldwin.

In the photo, she updates everyone on her son…and her body.

“Update on us … Rafael is doing wonderfully! He is two days old now. Such a sweet little boy. I’m feeling well, been up with him every hour to two hours,” she wrote in the caption.

And the tummy photo might be the first of many, as she’s trying to document her shift back into getting into shape with her new hashtag, #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump.

“I have been planning on doing post belly photos but didn’t know if I was gonna have the guts to actually follow through. I hope you understand my intention here: I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of a battle bringing life into this world. Deep breath, here we go…all the way from my glamorous hospital bathroom #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump #NoShame#LoveYourBody,” she wrote.

I honestly don’t know how I feel about this. Though I like the idea of promoting health, I don’t like the idea of putting pressure or expectation on one’s self to quickly “shrink” the weight after having a baby.  I hate the emphasis on women “getting back to their pre-baby weight,” instead of appreciating what their body can do and the life they brought into the world. Blech.

What do you think of Hilaria’s intention? Weigh in below!

I don’t know who the bigger noob is – the author(?) of the title of this journalistic masterpiece or me for spending more than 2 minutes reading it. “Get ready to be jealous?” Please tell me why any woman should be jealous?
