Prince Harry Attends BDC Partners Charity Day To Commermorate The Lives Lost In The 9/11 Attacks.

Now that the Royal Baby’s not the biggest news in the world, I guess we’re talking about Prince Harry‘s singledom?

On Sunday, Prince Gingi was compared to Bridget Jones, Helen Fielding‘s unlucky-in-love lead character from the popular British books/films. Which is ridiculous because he’s 30 and hot and rich and royal.

He joked:

“Bridget Jones? Where’s that come from? Because I write my own diary or because I don’t have a girlfriend?

Bridget Jones? That’s sad. No, for me, it’s good—I’m very happy not having a girlfriend. It’s not a case of anything…I’m not, sort of, looking. It’s cool.”

The prince didn’t want to talk about love but was eager to visit his niece, Princess Charlotte whom he hasn’t met yet because he just got back from being on tour in Australia.

The Brit also shared some words on how the army helped him handle pressures of royal life and that he’d advise little Prince George and his baby sis to perhaps consider a career in the military.

He stated:

“I would definitely encourage George, and Charlotte if she wants to, to have some sort of involvement in the Armed Forces, guaranteed. And I know that William and Catherine would probably echo that as well, depending on the situation for them in those years to come.

It’s done no harm, just good, for me, and I know it’s the same for William. It’s hard to say anything else on that because, as a parent, it’s your choice. As an uncle, you know, I would say enjoy the role, because at first it’s just pressure, pressure, pressure. Just enjoy it and make the most of it.”

Yeah, I’m sure Kate Middleton would be thrilled about shipping her little kiddies off to war! HAH. That’s tooootally something Bridget Jones would say. KIDDING!
