Amanda Bynes‘ lawyer Richard Hutton told ET that recent reports on his client are “exaggerated,” and that Bynes is in fact “fine.” Not sure what is definition of “fine,” is, but it’s VERY different than most!
Hutton also gave an update on her Beverly Hills DUI case from last April, in which she allegedly hit a Los Angeles County sheriff’s department cruiser and refused a Breathalyzer test. Apparently, this thing is about to wrap up and Hutton thinks there will be a plea deal. If you don’t remember, Bynes was charged last June of driving in WEHO drunk. The trial hearing is set for July 18th at Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles.
Hutton does not think Bynes most recent trouble with the law (again, check your definition of fine, sir) will affect her DUI case. Hutton, who has talked to Bynes recently, says their conversations are “normal” and that there is “no physical evidence” backing up Amanda’s headline-making arrest Thursday.
So, I guess, reckless endagerment is also included in your definition of fine, Mr. Hutton? Oy.
