Taylor Swift: SUED over canceled concert!

Taylor Swift has been sued after receiving $2.5 million to headline Capital Hoedown’s 2012 music festival, which was later canceled by organizers. According to E!, a complaint filed in a New York federal court by ticketing company FIRE USA Inc. claims Swift, 22, took the money and refused to “reschedule a new performance,” resulting in a breach of her contract.
According to the report, FIRE decided to take action against Swift after credit card payment process company Evo Merchant Services sued them over the reported $1.8 million they lost in refunding tickets.
When the announcement was made in July that Capital Hoedown 2012 festival would be canceled, organizers said it was due to zoning problems and higher-than-expected costs.
Swift’s rep told TMZ Feb. 18 that she never made a deal with the ticket company and has not seen the lawsuit.
Here are some new pictures of Taylor Swift at today’s Brit Awards. My favorite - Emeli Sande took home the award for Best British solo artist!
