In her first public appearance of the year, the 31-year-old spoke for Action on Addiction in South London, a charity in which she is a patron that supports woman overcoming substance abuse.

The mother-to-be had canceled all of her engagements in December as she suffered from acute morning sickness in the early months of her pregnancy.
