Justin Bieber sent out a little twitter love on Valentine’s Day…but who was his mysterious tweet for?

While Justin was on vacation with his family, he sent out the tweet, ” U should know that you are beautiful . Happy Valentine’s Day.” Despite the use of “U” instead of “you,” it’s a sweet little tweet. BUT-who is this tweet for? Is it for the fans (I never knock fan appreciation), or is it for Bieber’s on again, off-again ex, Selena Gomez?

Gomez kept a low profile on Valentine’s Day, preferring to hide her face in a scarf and taking meetings (here’s Selena leaving  July Moon Productions). 

Or hey, maybe Justin’s just channeling his favorite  inner One Direction lyric! Thoughts?
