Megan Fox and husband Brian Austin Green were spotted in Sao Paulo, Brazil, over the weekend, where the couple stopped by Heliopolis.

Heliopolis started as a shanty town with over 100,000 inhabitants but has quickly emerged as self run non profit town. Megan paid a visit to the town to learn about a program to keep kids off of drugs and alcohol. Megan was treated to a show of the Brazilian martial arts Capoeira.

   Actually, Heliopolis is more of a community that was born within a slum and has being doing a great job fighting the drug dealing system. It’s still a very poor and criminalized area though…
