Taylor Swift On Ending Relationships

….and Taylor Swift‘s ended a couple. Even at 23, this girl’s a pro!
The star put in some facetime at “El Hormiguero”in Madrid, Spain, on Wednesday to promote her latest album “Red.” Swift was a sport and answered a couple personal questions, too.
On having a “type:” I don’t have a type,” Swift said, talking about what kind of guy gets her attention. “I think in our 20’s it’s like, ‘Oh, I guess I’ll try hanging out with him, or I’ll try hanging out with him, or I’ll try being single.’”
On characteristics she’d like in a boyfriend: “I think you have to have somebody that’s dependable, that isn’t going to change their mind every five seconds. I think that loyalty is something that’s really important in your friends, in your relationships, in your family.”
On rumors: “People say that I’m buying houses all the time that I’m not buying. It’s like… every time the press thinks I like a guy they say I am buying a house next to them,” Swift laughed. “And also they think they know what I’m getting people for Christmas, which they don’t. I was thinking when I saw that one that if they actually got it right I would be so sad because they would have blown my Christmas present, but they were all wrong.”
On ending relationships, and “We Are Never Getting Back Together” : “I think once a relationship is done it’s done, you can’t do that back and forth thing it’s the most exhausting process,” Swift said. “Maybe I wrote that song then so I would never get back in that relationship. If you write that about it there is no way you are getting back together!”
True that, and it’s for the best! I don’t mind that she writes about exes..that’s kind of part and parcel to being an artist, is it not?
