In Touch can reveal that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards had a nose job.
“She got a nose job,” an insider close to the housewives tells In Touch, on stands now. “She’d wanted one for a long time.”
The insider reveals “her recovery was tough — she had to do it without any drugs!” Kim couldn’t be happier with the results. “Now she loves how it looks.”
