Sources at TMZsay that Kim feels Kris is being “spiteful and vindictive” in dragging out the divorce (and geez, it is getting LONG…it’s been a year and a half!) for no reason. With all the depositions and paperwork, there’s been no evidence presented by either side suggesting Kim defrauded Kris when she agreed to marry him.TMZ also says that people in Kris’ life are now urging him to just settle and walk away. The problem is, both sides have racked up a lot of money in attorney’s fees, and Kim strongy believes Kris’ legal mumbo jumbo is so bogus that he should foot her lawyer’s bills.

If Kim and Kris can’t settle, the judge will set a trial date next month.  Kim’s lawyer, powerhouse Laura Wasser, estimates a trial would only take a day or so. Kris’ lawyer (ah, lovely) thinks it’s more like 5 days, because he wants to put reality TV on trial.

Ugh.  Come on, you two!
