And though she definitely wonÃ¢â¬â¢t be dieting during her pregnancy, Jessica has decided to keep the personal chef she hired while on Weight Watchers. Ã¢â¬ÅShe learned a lot while losing the weight she gained with Maxwell,Ã¢â¬Â a friend adds. Ã¢â¬ÅShe knows about empty calories and portion control. Before, she knew very little about nutrition.Ã¢â¬Â
Her healthy approach seems to be paying off. While vacationing with her fiancÃÂ©, Eric Johnson, the star snapped a picture of her growing baby bump for the world to see on Twitter, which has only helped prove how determined she is to keep her weight in check during this pregnancy.
After giving birth later this year, Jessica plans to return to her Weight Watchers diet.
