Megan Fox: “My Body Is Still Too Fragile To Work Out”

I hate you, MEGAN FOX!
Fox has lost 13 of the 23 pounds she gained while pregnant with her first son, Noah, seemingly in an instant. Apparently, it’s not because she’s been logging extra hours in the gym…
“I can’t work out yet because my body is still too fragile,” the 26-year-old actress told Us Weekly at the Dec. 12 Palladium Jewelry-sponsored premiere of This Is 40 in Hollywood. “I try to eat whatever I want, but I don’t eat any dairy, and I guess that’s the biggest diet tip. Try and stay away from dairy — especially if you’re a woman! It’s really hard on your hormones.”
So dairy’s the secret, Miss Perfect? Are you sure? So if I stop eating dairy I’ll look like you? Promise?
As for her future plans, Fox really wants a big family. Though she’s only been a biological mom for a couple months, she’s been in the role of stepmom to husband Brian Austin Green‘s son Kassius, who is 10. Fox is really eager to expand her brood. “I want a big family,” she revealed. “I definitely want to have a couple more kids.”
Sounds good to me…especially if you can always lose the baby weight so fast!

Dairy really is the scurge of the earth when we’re hormonal. Be it PMSing or lactation..stick to vegetarian alternatives like rice milk (soy affects estrogen too!!). I’m piping up because I’m a dairy loving, meat eating mother of 2. And ….as much as I hate to say it, Megan Fox is right.
