According to an L.A. City Attorney, Amanda Bynes was let off the hook WAY too easily, and is a danger to the public!

Bynes was charged with two counts of hit-and-run stemming from two separate incidents over the past year in which she allegedly plowed into cars…and even worse, she fled the scene!

Since the charges were incurred, Bynes has struck a financial settlement with both sets of victims. This week, her good fortune continues as Amanda’s attorney went to court and convinced the judge to throw out the criminal charges against the actress.  Of course, this decision INFURIATED pretty much everyone, but especially the L.A. City Attorney’s Office, which very strongly objected to the settlement.

If you think the Attorney’s office is being too harsh, think about this:  Bynes has been in multiple hit-and-run incidents and also has a DUI case pending, stemming from an incident in April when Bynes allegedly crashed into a cop car!

As for the DUI case, the District Attorney’s Office is still moving forward with that case…but man, Bynes should NOT be moving forward in any cars anytime soon (at least, as the driver).  Am I right?
