Former wild child Kelly Osbourne exclusively tells this week’s In Touch that she never imagined exercise would someday be her addiction of choice. The now 5’2”, 112-pound E! Fashion Police host opens up to the mag, about the life changes she made that led her to find happiness and learn to love herself.
“[Working out] is something I really enjoy doing,” Kelly tells In Touch. “I never thought I’d be that kind of girl.”
Finding ways to make working out a fun part of her life, Kelly got her friends on board to join her in her workout regimen. “I do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates — I mix it up,” Kelly explains to In Touch.
Aside from her one cheat-day a week, where she indulges in pizza, Kelly stays pretty consistent with her diet. “For breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, I’ll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat,” she exclusively tells In Touch.
