Finding ways to make working out a fun part of her life, Kelly got her friends on board to join her in her workout regimen. Ã¢â¬ÅI do up to half an hour of cardio, and I also do circuit training, yoga or Pilates Ã¢â¬â I mix it up,Ã¢â¬Â Kelly explains to In Touch.
Aside from her one cheat-day a week, where she indulges in pizza, Kelly stays pretty consistent with her diet. Ã¢â¬ÅFor breakfast, I will eat either cereal or a little omelet thingy made with egg whites, mushrooms and spinach. Lunch is usually a salad or a turkey burger. And then for dinner, IÃ¢â¬â¢ll have brown rice with vegetables and some kind of meat,Ã¢â¬Â she exclusively tells In Touch.
