Halle Berry‘s fiance Olivier Martinez broke his hand on Thanksgiving, after beating the bloody pulp out of Halle’s baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry.  He was spotted leaving a Los Angeles hospital today, with his hand bandaged up.

In case you missed it, it was definitely Gabriel who got the short end of the stick in the fight. Check out what happened to his face! (*warning – graphic*)

An emergency protective order has already been issued against Gabriel — requiring him to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla — but Gabriel’s rushing to court today to get it lifted.

   gee, when I broke my hand, the doctor made me remove all jewelry from that hand…since if my hand started swelling, it could affect the circulation to my fingers. I guess that doesn’t happen when professional boxers smack down pretty boys.
