The “American Idol” runner-up got some fresh ink on his arm and shared some pics of his new body art today on Twitter.

The pic shows a horned face spewing what looks like fire from its mouth.

So … what’s it mean?

“It represents my Astrological Birth Chart, along with Pagan, Buddhist, and Greco- Roman Archetypes related to balance and the life cycle,” Lambert explains.

“My chart is AQUARIUS Sun, Libra Rising, Aries Moon. All three are represented,” he added.
