Cameron Diaz likes to lose weight by having aerobic sex!

Here are some new pictures of Cameron Diaz on Saturday at the launch of her limited edition TAG Heuer watch (which is signed, apparently). The event was held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City. The event was a fundraiser for “UN Women and New York Cares’ Hurricane Sandy Relief Effort”.

Cameron wore this gorgeous LBD by Lanvin. It looks great on her, if you ask me. Much better than the dress she wore to the London premiere of ‘Gambit’ if you ask me.

In other Cammy news, the 40-year-old actress appears on the latest cover of Elle UK. Cam reveals that she likes to burn calories – by having sex!

Asked what burns more calories, 30 minutes of dancing or 30 minutes of sex, cheeky Cameron responded with a laugh.

“Depends on what kind of sex you’re having,” she told the magazine. “Try ‘em both! Do them both on the same day, that’s what I say!”

The “Gambit” actress, who is well-known in Hollywood for her toned body, bright smile and California spunk, is set to release a new book about healthy living and eating habits, but says that it is by no means a guide on how to replicate her own habits.

“It’s not about what I eat or do what I do,” she said. “It’s really about the information, so that young girls and women can look at it and make their own choices. I’d hate to give them guidelines of what I do.

“My hope is that I give them all the information so that it doesn’t matter what I or other people do … I’m excited about my discipline (which revolves around) a protein, a grain and a green … I want to be disciplined. It’s not a limitation to me; it opens up my life to so many opportunities.”

And for Diaz, who first sprang onto the big screen opposite Jim Carrey in 1994’s “The Mask,” the future is rich with possibilities, even if it doesn’t involve a traditional trajectory.

Last month, the actress told Esquire UK that she didn’t necessarily see children as part of her greater plan.
“I don’t need to have the children in my life be a part of my literal flesh,” she told the magazine at the time.

“And anyway, there’s still a possibility of that, I ain’t that old. I’m feeling very … capable.”
