Slimmed down and sexier than ever, KhloÃ© Kardashian tellsÂ Life & StyleÂ how she got her body in shape just in time for her debut onÂ The X Factor.
â€œIâ€™m working out consistently, three to five days a week,â€ KhloÃ© reveals in the new issue ofÂ Life & Style, on newsstands now. â€œIâ€™m not where I want to beâ€¦but itâ€™s a lifestyle change.â€
KhloÃ© enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson. â€œI write different workouts for every day,â€ he shares withÂ LifeÂ & Style. â€œThere is no routine â€”Â thatâ€™sÂ the routine.â€
â€œHer intensity is unbelievable,â€ Gunnar says about KhloÃ©. â€œSheâ€™s there 20 minutes early and never stops for the entire 60 minutes.â€
And though sheâ€™s re-evaluated her diet, deprivation will never be on KhloÃ©â€™s menu.Â â€œI tried to cut out a lot of sweets,â€ she explains, but the new host of theÂ TheÂ X FactorÂ still allows herself to indulgeâ€”celebrating with steak, cake and rosÃ© champagne at Boa on Nov. 1. â€œIâ€™m just changing my diet slowly.â€
