Will Britney Spears be back for season three of ‘X Factor’? Looks like the pop star has agreed to judge alongside Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and Demi Lovato again next year!

At a press event on Monday night, the singer revealed she’ll be back. “Yes, I definitely will,” she said.  ”It’s a lot of fun. It’s different from anything I’ve ever done before, but it’s a lot of fun. We get to sit back and get to be entertained and it’s just wonderful. It’s really cool.”

But, before she can even think about next season, she still has to get through this one. Last week, the show kicked off its live shows and Spears had to say goodbye to her first contestant, Diamond White. However, Spears instead focused on the happier parts of her job, opening up about what it’s like to mentor the Teens group.

“They’re like my little children and they’re so young,” she said. “And it’s just like when you see them do so well, my heart is like out there for them and it’s a really hard decision. It’s a really hard thing to do.” While Spears kills ‘em with kindness, fellow judge Demi Lovato told MTV News that when she meets with her “X Factor” team, she wants to make sure she’s as real with her contestants as possible.

“I’m spending all the time that I have with them basically critiquing them and getting them ready for the show,” she said. “I don’t really have a lot of time to sit and chitchat with them. So any second that I get with them, I’m like, ‘This is what you need to do. Practice your pitch. Do this. Bye, have a good show.’ It’s so rapid, but I do have a little time during interviews and stuff when we do get a little closer and open up. So it’s nice. I do get to spend a little time with them.”

Are you watching ‘X Factor’? I have to admit, I haven’t seen it. I have to admit, though, I am interested to see how Khloe’s doing as host. Besides her nipples popping out, I haven’t heard much about how she’s doing.
