Amanda Bynes Completely Naked At Tanning Salon

Amanda Bynes caused quite a scene…again.

During a recent visit to Beach Bum Tanning in NYC (you know, now that she can’t get around in Los Angeles) the actress decided that clothes were for chumps!  After purchasing a Mystic spray-tan session, the 26-year-old put in a private room, but after a bit, Bynes came back out into the main salon area completely in the buff!

Bynes was searching for goggles (but you know, probably also for attention).  Said an eyewitness:

She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked. She seemed totally out of it.  She took her time walking back to the Mystic room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her.”

Yikes. Can someone please get Sidney White some HELP?
