Did Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen Steal “Good Time?”

Are Carly Ray Jepsen and Owl City’s Adam Young thieves?
Allyson Nichole Burnett, an Alabama-based singer, claims the Canadian pop-superstar and the Owl City frontman ripped off one of her songs to make the ultra-successful Good Time! Allyson claims her 2010 track Ah, It’s a Love Song, is the song that may have been ripped off, but you can be the judge and listen to it HERE.
I know it’s in heavy legalspeak, but here’s the complaint:
“Defendants’ extensive access to ‘Love Song’ is sufficient to trigger the ‘inverse ration rule,’ whereby a reduced standard of proof of substantial similarity is required when a high degree of access is shown. However, the substantial similarity between the Original Motif and the Copied Motif… is striking under any standard of proof.”
What do you think? A rip off or an obscure musician trying to get some money out of some famous ones?
