Heidi Klum and Seal are so very close to coming to a settlement agreement…finally!

As y’all know,  Seal was pretty pissed early on in the divorce and tried challenging the postnuptual agreement.  After copious amounts of legal action, the singer now realizes that the postnuptial agreement he signed is enforceable and will be “substantially honored,” and that he’s kinda gotta go along with it!

Duh.

Seal’s been fighting pretty dirty lately, so this acknowledgement that the divorce is happening and that he needs to be more amiable is a big deal.  As you may know,  Seal erupted over the weekend, accusing Heidi of having a sexual relationship with their shared bodyguard before, after and during  the couple’s separation.  Seal retracted his comment a day later, because he didn’t want the divorce negotiations to become dirty or immature.

Too late.

Still, Seal seems to finally be giving in to the legal proceedings that will make his divorce with Klum official.  Man…I hate it when adults- nay, FATHERS- act this way.  Set a good example for your kids!  You’re famous: they’ll hear about your immaturity eventually, in some way, shape or form.
