Cuba Gooding Jr. is no longer a wanted man in New Orleans, according to TMZ!

Cuba’s reps say that after he met with police this morning, his arrest warrant was cancelled.  Cancelled?

Cuba was allegedly roughing up a female bartender at The Old Absinthe House on Bourbon Street early Tuesday morning, despite her asking Cuba to repeatedly leave.  The bartender told police Cuba had become irritated at several bar patrons for taking his photo and gave them a few choice words. How gentelmanly!

He then decided to extend the same courtesy to the bar tender, and that’s when she decided to take legal action.

Apparently, there’s no more warrant out for Cuba’s arrest, but he still has a court date for his actions at the bar. This kind of behavior is SO childish.  Grow up, Cuba!
