Katie Holmes forbids Suri Cruise from wearing high heels and designer clothes

Following her divorce from Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes has decided to give daughter Suri Cruise a “normal life”. She didn’t like the way things were going with Suri. The lipstick, the designer clothes, the heels. Rumor has it she also had a problem with Suri being carried like a baby constantly.
So #1 on Katie’s to-do list now that she’s split from Tom? Give Suri a “normal” upbringing, like she herself had. Catholic school, non-designer duds…. having to walk unassisted. 
The U.K. tabloid Reveal magazine claims that Holmes has decided that the lipstick, designer clothes, and high heels Suri is often spotted wearing will not be a part of her new life.
“Katie has been returning unsolicited gifts and loans from designers for Suri since she arrived in New York,” a source told the magazine.”She’s issued instructions to remove Suri from all freebie lists. She’s also put the word out in LA to stop any mini-me diva products being sent her way.”
The source claims that Tom was the mastermind behind Suri’s amazing style, and said Holmes believes her daughter’s current look is inappropriate for a little girl. “Tom loved to spoil Suri and indulge her, but Katie has other ideas,” explained the source.
Good for Katie! If you’re going to make this kind of change – now is the time.

Interesting, considering Katie helped create that little monster and gave in to letting the child wear all that crap. Poor ‘victim’ Katie, both she and Tom are repulsive. As for carrying that kid, it’s about time that stopped. That being said, I kinda can understand why any celebrity parent might carry a younger child at times…I’m sure being swarmed by the paparazzi would be very scary for a kid and it would be quite easy to knock a little person over.

If she really wanted to give that kid a normal life, perhaps she should move back to the mid-west. I think Katie Holmes is loving the attention and publicity. Either way, she’s still a pretty crappy actress.

I concur on the acting. She’s a very bad actress…….. Look what divorcing Tom did for Nicole Kidman’s career! Maybe Katie’s next?

Who knows why? All I can say is, finally that child will walk on her own. And dress appropriately.
