Lady Gaga debuted a brand new song last night during a show in Australia — but it’s not exactly a feel-good tune.
The song, which is called “Princess Die,” is a slow, piano number filled with lyrics about suicide … with a title that’s clearly a reference to the late Princess Diana.
“So this song may or may not be on my next album. I wrote it a little while ago and I’ve never ever played it for anyone,” Gaga told her little Monsters at the show. “I’m going to play it because I’ve been really excited and impressed with how many super fans have been at every show. I truly feel it would be a disservice to all of you to not play it before I leave.”
While somewhat depressing, her crowd of fans absolutely loved it.
