Pregnant Drew Barrymore and fiance Will Kopelman at the New York City Ballet Spring Gala

When I first saw these pictures, my initial reaction was – why is Drew Barrymore attending this event with Jessica Simpson’s fiance, Eric Johnson!? The two could be twins!

Anyhoo, here are some new pictures of an obviously pregnant Drew Barrymore at the  New York City Ballet Spring Gala with her fiance, Will Kopelman.

Drew needs to embrace this whole pregnancy – and rock a more flattering dress.  Is she still trying to hide that baby bump? Does she think we haven’t picked up on it yet? She’s gotta be at least 5-6 months pregnant judging by the size of her belly, she should wear more flattering clothes!
