Jennifer Love Hewitt spent her birthday yesterday having lunch with a couple of friends at The Ivy in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon. After noticing the paparazzi were snapping away, she held up a sign that said “Watch the Client List in April”. Think it’s cute – or a desperate ploy for viewers?
