Amanda Seyfried is busy filming her highly-publicised role of Linda Lovelace right now, but she took time to shoot the March 2012 cover of Glamour Magazine. On watching Linda Lovelaceââ¬â¢s famous porno Deep Throat:
ââ¬ÅWhat surprised me is the amount of pubic hair! Iââ¬â¢m pretty sure I would never do a full frontal in a movieââ¬âfor personal reasons, I wouldnââ¬â¢t really want to show that.ââ¬Â
On whether ex-boyfriend Dominic Cooper was the last guy she loved:
ââ¬ÅMy God, yeah. He was my last real boyfriend. We still joke about having kids, like, ââ¬ËIf it doesnââ¬â¢t work out with other people, we might as well just have a child.ââ¬â¢ And thereââ¬â¢s a part of that that feelsââ¬Â¦possible.ââ¬Â
On if she is going through a twenties slut phase:
ââ¬ÅNo! Iââ¬â¢m terrified of being promiscuous. I donââ¬â¢t like the feeling you get when itââ¬â¢s not something that you truly want to do, and I hate the emotional abuse you give yourself afterward. Itââ¬â¢s just uncomfortable when youââ¬â¢re with somebody and youââ¬â¢re like, ââ¬ËI donââ¬â¢t really know if Iââ¬â¢m even comfortable with this. Why did I? Eww!ââ¬â¢ I think dating can come without sex.ââ¬Â
On why she would never date her In Time co-star, Justin Timberlake:
ââ¬ÅOh, I think any female that meets him at first is like, ââ¬ËI want to date you.ââ¬â¢ He seems so perfect, but you get to know him, and heââ¬â¢s a good pal. Heââ¬â¢ll tell you what he really feels. But, you know, heââ¬â¢s really famous, which has its downsides.ââ¬Â
On having kids and commitment:
ââ¬ÅOh yeah, I think about kids all the time. I feel like the next person I commit to, thatââ¬â¢s going to be the guy who Iââ¬â¢m going to have kids with. Thatââ¬â¢s in my crazy female brain. So thatââ¬â¢s why Iââ¬â¢m like, ââ¬ËI canââ¬â¢t commit.ââ¬â¢ ââ¬Â
On if she feels competitive with other young actresses:
ââ¬ÅYeah, sometimes. But the funny thing is, the girls that Iââ¬â¢m always up against for roles are pretty nice and cool, like Emma Watson. Sheââ¬â¢s awesome. Sheââ¬â¢s really funny and smart. And Carey Mulligan. Itââ¬â¢s flattering to be up against her because sheââ¬â¢s really good, and sheââ¬â¢s cool tooââ¬Â¦I think the era of the diva actress is coming to an end.ââ¬Â
