SHOCKING PICS: Miley Cyrus getting freaky with a penis cake!
Miley Cyrus helped her boyfriend Liam Hemsworthcelebrate his 22nd birthday last weekend by getting freaky with a penis birthday cake.
It was Cyrus who wanted to surprise Hemsworth with a “Happy Birthday Liam” cake adorned with a penis.
The massive penis cake was rolled out Saturday night at Club Icon in downtown Los Angeles. 19-year-old Miley certainly had fun with the cake, that’s one way to put it.
A pal told Us Weekly that Cyrus is “crazy in love” with her man, set to become a superstar once Hunger Games hits theaters in March. “She wants to establish as much of a foundation in the relationship as possible.”
People at the party say Miley was drinking alcohol and partying all night.

Why don’t these clubs/bars get their liquor licenses suspended for serving minors? It’s no wonder these young “stars” all end up in rehab, they can do whatever they want…I find it very disgusting.
