Adam Lambert and his Finnish reality star boyfriend Sauli Koskinen are back in the US – just days after being arrested in Finland for fist-fighting each other outside a gay bar.

In this Twitter pic that Adam posted yesterday, it would appear the couple have kissed and made up!

“Xmas Eve with the Koskinens! Just had a huge traditional Finnish feast and now opening gifts! Merry and bright! Hyvää ja rauhallista joulua!” Adam wrote.

Matthew McConaughey took to his Twitter account yesterday to make a major announcement! The 42-year-old actor proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Camila Alves, 29.

The couple have been together since 2006, and have two children together. Levi is 3, and daughter Vida turns 2 next week.

McConaughey tweeted this picture along with “Just asked camila to marry me, #MerryChristmas”.

He posted another picture of his newly shorn head… He’s definitely much hotter with hair. (Why does he look so skinny, too?)

LINDSAY LOHAN: 

Spending time in a courtroom is a rite of passage for celebrities, and every year, a select few even have the honor of getting cuffed by the cops. With charges from defamation to public inebriation, scroll through and check out which stars spent 2011 fighting the law.

Lindsay Lohan ended 2010 on a bad note by getting in a scuffle with a Betty Ford employee, but lucky Lindsay got out of that one in March, when prosecutors decided not to press charges. Always one to keep things interesting, Lohan found herself back in court in February, when she was convicted of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store. She was sentenced to four months in jail, but miraculously traded that in for a 35-day house arrest gig. She had parties and even failed an alcohol test during that time, but somehow she’s currently walking the streets as a free woman. She did spend four hours in jail on Nov. 7 for missing 14 out of her 19 court-mandated psychotherapy sessions and canceling 12 of her 20 self-appointed downtown women’s center visits, but you can hardly count that as punishment.

I feel like I need to send Lindsay Lohan a Christmas card, and say thank you for supporting my website this year. Lindsay kept me busy with all her shenanigans! I spent countless hours writing about her and watching her courtroom appearances live on TV. For whatever reason, I was glued to her mess of a life this year! (You know you were too, don’t lie.) Newlyweds Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are enjoying marital bliss — so much so that they have put the baby-making on hold, with Nick saying they don’t see any rush in expanding their family anytime soon.

“I don’t think there’s necessarily any timetable for it.”

“We’re definitely excited about being parents at some point, but I think whenever that happens, we’ll embrace it and be excited for it,” says the singer, 38. “There’s no real sense of urgency at this point.”

How are the couple going to spend the holidays? With Nick’s family in Cincinnati, of course.

“It’s our first Christmas as a married couple, so we’re looking forward to that,” Nick says.

And nothing says Happy Holidays like an ugly sweater.

“[Vanessa] went shopping for my sweater yesterday. From what I’ve seen in pictures, it’s pretty heinous.”

Kobe Bryant‘s wife Vanessa announced that she would be divorcing her husband (and probably taking half of his fortune), and now sports commentator and former baller Charles Barkley lends his two cents about Kobe’s situation saying that he expects fans to be less than sympathetic for the basketball star.

“I really like Kobe; I wish him all the best,” Barkley, 48, said Tuesday on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. “But of course the fans are cruel. They’re going to be shouting stuff at him. He’s going to have to deal with that.”

The tartness, Leno points out, could stem from Bryant’s alleged infidelities.

“That’s never good for a team,” Barkley says of the gossip. “I’m just telling you, that’s never positive.”

“He’s so strong, mentally,” Barkley says. “I think he’ll be fine.”

It was just a few days ago that Kris Humphries took to the court for his New Jersey team and was booed and jeered by the fans. Tough crowd.

Even though he and boyfriend Sauli Koskinen have kissed and made up, American Idol alum Adam Lambert still says he is embarrassed about the couple’s highly publicized fight and subsequent arrest in Finland following an alleged drunken fight at a gay bar — but he claims the media exaggerated the story.

“Violence is not to be taken lightly. Embarrassed by drunkenness. No punches thrown, no injuries and no charges. Media always exaggerates,” the singer Tweeted Thursday night.

Lambert, 29, and Koskinen, 26, were reportedly taken to jail early Thursday morning in Helsinki, where Koskinen is a reality TV star, after getting into a fight in a well-known gay club. Police were investigating possible assault charges, but nothing was filed.

The pair read about themselves in the news while laughing about the incident over “hangover burgers,” and blamed the incident on alcohol and jetlag.

While people like you or I are excited about opening presents this holidays season, country-pop singer Taylor Swift shared what she looks forward to: hot glue.

The singer, who’s no stranger to Christmas crafting, showed off her holiday spirit on Instagram with a snapshot of her gifts making their way under the tree this year.

“I get sort of crafty when I wrap gifts,” she Tweeted. “Like..I had to stop when I found myself hot-gluing Christmas figurines onto the presents.”
