COOK TIME: 1 minute

Ingredients

6 ice cubes

½ cup fresh blueberries

2 teaspoons organic agave nectar

1 tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 cup cold water

1 scoop vanilla protein powder, such as Designer’s Whey Protein Powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

¼ banana

½ tablespoon flaxseed oil, like Barlean’s Omega-Twin Oil

Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a blender in order listed. Blend on low for 10 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately

Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr has admitted that she buys her husband, Orlando Bloom silk boxers to “get him into character and help the situation” while doing the horizontal tango.

During an interview on Chelsea Lately, Miranda talked bedroom attire and why Orlando confessed a few weeks ago during his interview with Chelsea to wearing blue silk boxer shorts.

“Well he had to get into character so I bought him these silk boxer shorts and it kind of helped.”

Chelsea was clearly stunned and replied: “Character for what?!” in which Miranda revealed: “For, you know, us. I don’t want to tell you what he bought me.”

Are silk boxer shorts really a turn on Miranda?! I guess the girl is easily pleased!
