Daniel Radcliffe may me a multi-millionaire with global blockbuster hit movies under his belt at the tender age of 21, but the actor admits that his girlfriend of two years Rosie Coker has ordered him to straighten up his messy act around the house.

“She says I have a deadline of two years to be a fully-functioning human being around the house.”

“I think it means I have to be able to cook for myself better than I can at the moment and it means I can’t leave the house in a state the way I do.

“I didn’t promise her anything, but I have made it my mission to improve myself. There’s certainly progress to be made.”

Daniel is enjoying living in New York City at the moment, and when his production assistant girlfriend came out to visit, he had his mother clean his apartment.

Really? Your mom? All that money and you don’t hire a cleaning staff, but you get your mama to clean your house?

“My mum’s here and she came round and tidied everything up for me.”

Anyhow, the couple are making their relationship work despite the ever-changing work schedules.

“She’s busy, I’m busy but we’re making it work and it’s good. She’s helped me grow up and I love her very much.”

The Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries saga continues, seeing as how the NBA baller is refusing to divorce, opting for an annulment of legal separation instead because of his religious views.

Sources are now revealing that Kim thought about annulment as well for the couple’s 72-day marriage, and that the reality star is upset about the way her relationship has unfolded.

“The filing is, of course, upsetting,” says the source, who is close to the reality starlet. “She respects Kris and just wants them both to find peace and move on. … Kim doesn’t want a battle.”

“Kim is sad how things ended up. The split was a devastating decision from the beginning.”

If Kim and Kris divorce, their pre-nup will be held up by the courts, but if an annulment is put in place, the pre-nup is null and void. Do you think Kim can get the quickie divorce she wants?

Selma Blair may still have that ‘new mommy’ glow about her, but the actress admits that she’s still dealing with an inevitable part of pregnancy and birth: hair loss. Opening up to PEOPLE at the launch party for Gwen Stefani‘s Harajuku Mini for Target collection, Selma talked about dealing with losing chunks of hair as the days pass on.

“This is so not glamorous, but it’s true: I need to take longer showers so that I can collect the hair that falls out and throw it away so I don’t clog the drain. Why do actresses never talk about that?”

“It just started falling out at the three-month mark. And I’m not a girl who likes extensions, so Selma’s going to be bald!”

All’s not so bad, as the 39-year-old actress gushes about her son, saying:

“He rolls over now, and he got a bouncy toy! It’s like the biggest moment of your life: ‘Oh my gosh, I get 10 minutes free now!’”

“Before, he had a playmat, Mommy or Daddy or now a nanny that comes for a few hours in the daytime, to hold him. But now, autonomy! He got a Fisher-Price Jumperoo — I wish I had one for every room!”

So what does Selma do with her 10 minutes of freedom?

“Shower!”

Jessica Simpson and fiance Eric Johnson are beaming about having their first child together, and though the pair can agree that they pretty much know the gender of the baby, they can’t quite seem to agree on which gender that is.

“I think it’s a girl,” Simpson, 31, told PEOPLE at the New York launch of a clothing line that she and sister Ashlee Simpson created. “But I don’t know yet.”

“I think it’s a boy,” says Johnson, who was on hand at Dylan’s Candy Bar in New York along with future mother-in-law Tina Simpson. “We’re pretty much at a standstill there.”

Don’t worry; they’ll put all the questions to rest when they find out the baby’s gender. While some couples opt to wait and have it be a surprise at birth, Jessica and Eric just can’t wait that long.

“I don’t think we can wait. Jessica is too honest about everything, she needs to know. I don’t think she can hold that secret to herself.”

Jessica, however, admits that if she does have a boy, she’s looking on going the cross-dressing route.

“If it’s a boy,” she quips, “I’ll put him in tutus!”

Now that their family is about to go from two to three, Beyonce and hubbie Jay-Z were spotted mansion-hunting in Miami Beach, and word on the street is they were taking a long look at singer Ricky Martin‘s 9,491 square foot home.

There’s no word on whether or not the couple have made an official offer on the house that Ricky purchased back in $10,000,000 — especially now that it’s listed over $2million over the purchase price at $12,500,000.

The place is pretty sick — boasting 7 beds, 10 baths, a swimming pool … and it’s located in one of the ritziest parts of Miami Beach, close to Miami Heat superstars Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

There has been a lot of real estate buying and selling with the Knowles clan; Beyonce’s mother Tina not only put her Texas home on the market recently, but just a few weeks ago she listed her Manhattan apartment with word that she would be moving in with Bey and Jay.

She’s been quite ‘mums the word’ on her relationship with her much younger, back-up dancing beau, but Jennifer Lopez was caught boarding a private jet last night with her new arm candy, Casper Smart. The pair were allegedly on their way to Morocco.

Casper and his sugar mama of two are set to perform at a Moroccan mall — but before they got down to business, they were spotted having a romantic dinner at a place called Rick’s Cafe in Casablanca.
