Fueling the divorce-rumors fire, Russell Brand stepped out in London this afternoon, without his wedding ring. Soon-to-be-ex-wife Katy Perry is still in Hawaii, where she spent her Christmas….with friends. For those keeping track, that’s 7,000 miles apart.

Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio just announced she’s 4-months pregnant. The model is still showing off her amazing body in this new picture, which she posted on her Twitter page.

The 30-year-old model posted a picture of herself in a bikini with her cute daughter Anja holding on to her belly.

Along with the pic, she wrote “Anja, Jamie and I are overjoyed and extremely appreciative of all the wonderful wishes we’ve received!! 2011 has been a year filled with incredible gifts and this is the ultimate blessing!! Anja has filled our lives with love and we can’t wait to welcome the new baby into the family this spring!!”

Is Katy Perry on her way to becoming a single woman?

According to rumors being spread like wildfire, things aren’t going well between Katy Perry and her husband Russell Brand.

A source confirms to E! News that Katy and Russell have been having “problems” and that they’ve been spending “a lot of time apart,” including Christmas.

Sure enough, the “Teenage Dream” singer was spotted swimming sans her hubby in Hawaii over the holiday weekend while Russell was reportedly in England.

Our source adds that things began getting tense between the two in early December and that Katy has been “a mess” about it at times.

Here’s hoping the new year will be a better one for the entertaining couple.

This is one rumor I really hope isn’t true. I really do believe they’ve hit a rocky patch – I just hope they can work through it.

Kim Kardashian landed herself the cover of US Weekly’s “Diets That Work” issue. (The only diet that seems to be working here is the Photoshop diet.)

I think Kim is one of those celebs (about to say something nice here) that actually looks very healthy, and has a healthy body. But this body on the cover of US Weekly? That’s not hers. It’s been nipped and tucked with a magic wand. She has more curves than that.

Back in August, Kim told Cosmo Magazine that she was a size 4, which ….. okay, maybe (even though I doubt it). Now she’s claiming she’s a size 2, which there’s no way on God’s green earth that’s the truth. I have a sister who’s a size two, and she’s the size of a 5′ toddler.

I think Kim should be loud and proud about her size. I’m betting she’s gotta be a 4 at the skinniest… I would venture to say she’s gotta be pushing a 6 (the heifer!).

Here’s some of her diet advice:

Steers clear of sugar
The onetime sweets lover has dropped refined sugar from her diet. “Changing my eating habits makes a big difference,” the E! star tells US of keeping her size-2 body trim. Her healthy menu? “I wake up and eat eggs with turkey bacon, then salad for lunch and fish, pasta or chicken for dinner.

Goes organic
The newly single 5-foot-2 star has been inspired by big sister Kourtney, 32. “She’s taught me to eat more organically,” admits Kardashian, who has also downed wheatgrass shots with her sis. “She’s a bit extreme, but slowly I’m learning to love it.”

Sweats it out – hard!
There are no water breaks during the 31 year-old’s hour-long sessions with Gunnar Peterson. “Every minute is accounted for,” says the trainer. “You go from running to pull-ups to lunges to crunches to overhead presses. You get more work done in the same time.”

According to E! Online, the Sexiest Man Alive Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana are dating, and have begun telling family and friends that they’re together!

A rep for Saldana, who recently filmed The Words with—and got to practice kissing—Cooper, denied that the costars were anything more than friends a month ago, after their appearance together at a Manhattan nightclub prompted romantic speculation.

But as recently as last week, a source tells E!, they were telling friends that they had plans to go skiing in the Rockies together over the holidays.

“They are totally dating,” the source says.

Reps for both stars did not immediately return requests for comment.

Saldana and her boyfriend of nearly 11 years, Keith Britton, called off their engagement and revealed that they had broken up in early November.

Now this is one HOT couple!
