How does Jennifer Aniston keep up her good looks and land the title of Sexiest Woman Alive? The actress caught up with InStyle magazine and talked about her new sun spots, whether or not she has “cosmetically enhanced” herself and how she viewed herself growing up.
On Sun Spots
“I’ve started getting those little sun spots. Things are beginning to pop out. Even the texture [of my skin] is changing. So I’ve recently started zapping the spots and getting spray tans whenever I can. And I’ve graduated to using SPF 60 sunblock when I’m on the beach.”
On Cosmetic Enhancements
“People think that I do a lot of injections, but I don’t. I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it … but I see how it’s a slippery slope. All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me.”
On Growing Up
“I was a dumpy teenager. My mom was a model and was all about looks, so I rebelled by going goth. It took me years of peeling back the onion to finally stop using makeup as a mask and feel comfortable in my skin.”
On Gaining Weight
“I quit smoking a few months ago and I put on a couple of pounds. Normally I’d be like, ‘Oh my god, I gained weight! Everyone is going to think I’m pregnant!’” Not anymore. “Now I just don’t care.”
Pregnant?! Goodness, how much weight did you gain!?

Seth Rogen and longtime love Lauren Miller may be newlyweds, but don’t add them to the list of Hollywood couples ready to expand their family quite yet.
When asked whether or not the pair were planning on being parents soon, Seth responded with a firm “no,” adding:
“We have a dog. That’s good for now.”
The actor joked about married life, saying:
“Life is good. I’m pretty happy right now. Married life is exactly like non-married life, except you’re not constantly having the feeling that you’re disappointing your significant other by not marrying them.”
Hah!

After Abercrombie & Fitch made less than favorable comments about Jersey Shore cast members wearing their gear, they offered Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino money NOT to wear their clothing. Mike bit back saying that the company ripped off his trademarks ‘GTL’ and ‘Situation’ when they made shirts that said ‘Fitchuation’ and ‘G.T.L. You know the deal.”
But now, A&F is trying to put an end to the back-and-forth — claiming Sitch had no right to sue them in the first place … because he doesn’t technically own the trademarks in question … he only applied for them.
What’s more — A&F claims Situation’s application for “Gym Tan Laundry” has actually been suspended … because MTV already owns “Gym Tanning Laundry,” and the US Patent & Trademark Office thinks they’re too similar.
But trademarks aside — A&F insists its shirts are still protected under a law that allows parody as part of free speech … in other words, the shirts were obviously a harmless joke … albeit at the Situation’s expense.
Bottom line, A&F is hoping to avoid further litigation by citing an often incontrovertible fact … The Situation is full of crap. So far, no word back from Sitch’s camp.
When will this end?

Britney Spears is being sued for $140,000 by Advanced Security Concepts Corporation who claim that she stiffed them for about a half years pay in 2010.
ASCC claims Team Spears has been unfairly holding a grudge against it ever since one of their former bodyguards, Fernando Flores, filed a lawsuit against Britney last year … accusing her of multiple instances of genital-exposing sexual harassment. Britney has denied the allegations.
But in the lawsuit, ASCC claims Team Spears demanded the company cover Britney’s legal expenses in the case — even though they weren’t obligated to put up the cash.
ASCC claims Britney’s people not only fired them after the stand-off — but they refused to fork over a check for $141,625.00 … the remainder of a 1-year contract which Brit’s camp had previously agreed to pay out whether or not they actually used the security service.

Jonah Hill should be boasting and celebrating his two major nominations — one from the Screen Actors Guild and the other a Golden Globe — for his role opposite Brad Pitt in Moneyball, but even though he calls the nods “fantastic,” he says he’s trying not to fall into the hype of it all.
“I have been trying not to get wrapped up in all of this, in everything.”
“Any expectation of getting a SAG nomination or an Oscar nomination are sort of absurd expectations to put on yourself,” he says. “So the fact that I actually got this nomination was so overwhelmingly moving and thrilling and surreal. I am really just kind of shocked.”
“The phone calls and emails I have gotten today are unlike any I have ever experienced. I feel like I got married or had a kid or something. I have never had anything like this happen to me before. My parents were actually crying.”
The 27-year-old is up against Kenneth Branagh in My Week with Marilyn for the Golden Globe, along with Albert Brooks in Drive, Viggo Mortensen in A Dangerous Method and Christopher Plummer in Beginners. In the SAG category, he’s joined by Branagh and Plummer, as well as Armie Hammer in J. Edgar and Nick Nolte in Warrior.
“I am so in shock and awe right now that I can not even begin to conceptualize the fact that I am up there with them.”
“It is not too often you get the second lead opposite Brad Pitt [also SAG and Globe nominated] in a film,” said Hill. “It did feel like a momentous occasion in my life when I got the part, and it was.”
Congrats!

Now that Howard Stern is the latest addition to ‘America’s Got Talent,’ parent organizations are up in arms, saying that the shock jock’s inclusion is an “act of desperation for a flailing network.”
The Parents Television Council has released a statement to TMZ … claiming primetime TV is no place for Howard Stern … “a performer who is synonymous with shock, profanity and obscenity.”
The PTC says, “The once-proud broadcast network has lost its way and has made it clear it holds no concern whatsoever for children and families.”
The group adds, “Not coincidentally, in just over three weeks the network will be standing before the United States Supreme Court arguing for the right to use the F-word at any time of the day, even in front of children.”
Do you think the Council is making something out of nothing or do they have a point?
