Miley Cyrus certainly knows how to stir the pot! A year after her huge “bong scandal” in which she smoked a weed-like substance on video, another video has gone viral, and in this case she admits to smoking “way too much f**king weed!”

Last year, at Miley’s 18th birthday party, the actress/singer was recorded smoking Salvia, which is like weed. Only a year later, Miley makes a new confession. She smokes a LOT of weed.

At a birthday party thrown by Kelly Osbourne, Miley gave a speech over her Bob Marley inspired birthday cake.

Miley Cyrus was late for the birthday party Kelly Osbourne threw for her Tuesday night, but she made up for it with what she told the crowd.

The birthday cake she was presented was decorated with the face of the late Bob Marley, the legendary reggae artist.

In video of the party obtained by The Daily, Miley very clearly says, “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”

Her friend Kelly then jumped in saying, “I thought salvia was your problem, Miley.”

That was a reference to Miley’s videotaped incident, where she smoked salvia from a bong, something she later called a “bad decision”.

Miley’s party was thrown at Beacher’s Madhouse Club at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Her parents, boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and pal Rumer Willis were all there to celebrate her19th birthday.

Rumer Willis tweeted the picture above from Paris, where Tallulah was “coming out” as a debutante. Tallulah, 17, had her coming out ball at Le Bal des Débutantes at the Hotel Crillon, and is considered one of the most prestigious debutante balls in the world. Tallulah is the sister in the middle. Rumer is on the left, and Scout is on the right.

Bruce and his pregnant wife Emma were the ones who did all the work, Demi Moore was a no-show. According to reports, Demi is “recovering” from her divorce in Hawaii.

Tallulah Willis is officially a member of high society.

The youngest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore stepped out at Le Bal des Débutantes at Paris’s Hotel Crillon on Saturday night.

Willis, 17, wore a sleeveless black and silver sequined gown by Lanvin. Her hair was up and back in a chignon.

Tallulah’s sisters Rumer Willis and Scout Willis also attended the ball (but not as debutantes), and Rumer Tweeted a picture of them at the event.

Moore, who recently split from husband Ashton Kutcher, did not attend. But the girls’ father accompanied them to Paris and the ball.

“He was a little different than three years ago [when Scout was a debutante], more reserved,” a source at the ball tells PEOPLE. “He was there for his daughter, but protective. It wasn’t until around midnight when he danced with Tallulah that you saw him become more relaxed.”

“He’s a dad and he wanted to be certain she felt the evening was for her,” the source added.

In total, 23 young women – daughters actors, business leaders and aristocrats – from 13 countries made their debut on Saturday night at the ball, which first launched in 1957 and re-launched 20 years ago as a charity fundraiser.

Lauren Bush, who debuted at the ball in 2000, created this year’s beneficiary, the Feed Foundation, which is dedicated to fighting malnutrition.

She clearly shot the video for “Dance for You” before she started to show … but being pregnant didn’t stop her from showing a lot of skin while doing a provocative private dance for a man in a crazy-short dress and thigh-highs.

Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Zoe Saldana and Kirk Douglas were all on hand on Wednesday to help serve dinners to the homeless at the Los Angeles Mission Thanksgiving Dinner.

Last week there were reports that momager Kris Jenner had put Kim on “media lockdown” – and was making Kim take a couple months off from being in the public eye. Guess that didn’t last. Also, Celebitchy reports that Kim is rumored to have done a sit-down interview with Allure Magazine. Hmmm…

Kris is having Kim sit back and look like the victim (who serves the homeless) while Kris runs his mouth off, apparently calling Kim a “fat ass” and looking to sue his soon-to-be-ex-wife for playing him a fool.

Anyway here are pictures from the event on Wednesday. Well, at least Kim and J. Love have something in common, they’re both single.

Kim Kardashian may be going through a rough time in her personal life, but there is one thing she’s particularly thankful for this Thanksgiving: her family.

“I think the holidays are just about winding down and spending time with your family,” the reality star tells PEOPLE Wednesday at the Los Angeles Mission Thanksgiving Dinner, where she was on hand to help serve food.

“That’s what it’s going to be about this year for me.”

Kardashian, 31, will be joining the rest of her close-knit clan – including Dancing with the Stars runner-up Rob – for a potluck Thanksgiving meal at mother Kris Jenner’s house.

“We’re each cooking a dish, bringing it over and just hanging out,” says Kardashian, 31, who already knows what her culinary contribution will be.

“I’m going to make the sweet potato soufflé,” she shares. “It’s really good!”

Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are still going strong! The couple started dating back in September (according to some reports) when they worked together on a film. Shortly after, Ryan took Eva to Disneyland, which he calls one of his favorite places. Looks like the two have gotten even more serious, because they spent the Thanksgiving holiday in Paris! Eva is in Paris filming ‘Holly Motors’, and Ryan flew out to spend the holiday weekend with her. More from US Weekly:

Ryan Gosling sure knows how to make a girl feel special! The 31-year-old actor surprised love of two months Eva Mendes on the set of Holly Motors in Paris, France Friday, two insiders confirm to Us Weekly.

“Ryan flew out to be with Eva as soon as she wrapped Holly Motors,” one source says. “The film was a fairly small production and Eva was good about being focused and without many distractions on set.”

A second insider adds that Mendes, 37, “was totally shocked” when Gosling showed up unannounced.

“They were talking all the time so she had no hints that he was coming,” the second insider tells Us. “She was really homesick and missed him, even though she practically just left to shoot!”

The following day, the paramours snuck in a few kisses while strolling arm-in-arm through Pere Lachaise cemetery. The Beyond the Pines costars first began dating in September.

Gosling’s exes include Rachel McAdams, Sandra Bullock and Kirsten Dunst. Mendes quietly ended her long-term relationship with producer George Gargurevich over the summer.

I think they make a cute couple – even if it is a little boring. I don’t know I think Ryan is so cute – and Eva just seems too mature for him.
