Lindsay Lohan will serve 30 days in jail, and the judge is holding her on a tight leash to make sure she completes her probation.
Lindsay admitted she violated her probation by not attending therapy sessions as required by the court and by getting kicked out of the Downtown Women’s Center.
The judge now says ALL of Lindsay’s community service must now be served at the L.A. County Morgue. And the judge gave Lindsay a tight structure on how she must complete the rest of her probation, and if she doesn’t the judge will put a warrant out for her arrest and sentence her to an addition 270 days in jail.
As for the 30 days Lindsay is getting now — the judge made it clear … NO HOUSE ARREST.
The Sheriff’s Dept. tells us Lindsay will serve 20% of the 30 days — 6 days in jail.
Judge Stephanie Sautner gave Lindsay a strict schedule on completing the rest of her probation — by December 14, she must have completed 12 days at the morge and 4 psychotherapy sessions. By January 17, another 12 days at morgue and 4 psychotherapy sessions. And so on.
The judge clearly thinks Lindsay needs a rigid structure to complete her sentence, and as the judge put it, Lindsay is holding the keys to the jail cell.

A 20-year-old Californian woman has filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber, claiming he is the father of her three-month-old daughter.
Star Magazine got their hands on this photos of baby Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, and his mom, Mariah. The woman has filed a paternity lawsuit against 17-year-old Justin Bieber.
In a hand-signed affidavit, sworn under the penalty of perjury, Yeater told a California court that Bieber propositioned her on October 25 of last year, when she was 19.
The pair had a sexual tryst after his concert and backstage at L.A.’s Staples Center, it’s alleged in court papers.
Bieber’s rep denies the allegations, telling RadarOnline.com: “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”
Star magazine breaks the full story of the lawsuit over the alleged sexual encounter in its new issue, which hits stands Thursday.
Mariah told a judge, “When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back.”
She added: “On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”
Bieber’s reps have strenuously denied Yeater’s claims, saying it would have been impossible for the singer to be alone with the woman backstage at the concert.
Yeater is on public assistance but is asking the court for Bieber to take a paternity test and provide support for Tristyn.
A California court has set a hearing on the matter for December of this year.
I don’t buy this story at all. And – wouldn’t it be considered rape – if she DID have sex with Justin? Don’t you have to be 18??

Actress Denise Richards and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora are dating again, four years after they split!
Richie, 52, and Denise, 40, started dating in 2006, following Richie’s divorce from actress Heather Locklear and Denise’s divorce from actor Charlie Sheen. The romance caused quite a stir, when Heather accused her friend of having an affair with her husband. The couple only lasted a year.
Now, it looks like the twosome have decided to give their relationship another go and have been spotted on several romantic dates, including a dinner on Sunday night (Oct. 30) at a Japanese restaurant in Woodland Hills, Calif., according to RadarOnline.
A source told E! “They’re very happy and are dating. They never stopped caring for each other.” In fact, Denise wrote all about her relationship with Richie in her tell-all memoir ‘The Real Girl Next Door,’ revealing, “Richie and I shared an easiness I hadn’t before had. We were able to be open, honest, and completely authentic with each other, with no judgment.”
She continued, “I don’t regret my relationship with him. I learned hard lessons from our journey together. My heart may have been bruised, but it was pure. Richie is a wonderful man. He came into my life when I needed him and he needed me. We’ll always have that bond.”

Kim Kardashian took to her website yesterday to write a letter to her fans, explaining herself and why she’s getting divorced after only 72-hours. She’d like to say first of all – how DARE you imply that she didn’t marry for love! The Kardashians are fame whores by nature, this isn’t something they can help, people.
This is probably the hardest thing I’ve ever had to write. I see all of the support and I am so thankful for my fans, friends and family who are helping me through this difficult time.
I am trying not to read all the different media reports but it’s hard not to see all the negative ones. First and foremost, I married for love. I can’t believe I even have to defend this. I would not have spent so much time on something just for a TV show! I share so much of my life on a reality show, that contemplating whether to even film my wedding was a tough decision to make, and maybe it turned out to not be the smartest decision. But it’s who I am! We filmed Kourtney giving birth, Khloe getting married, break ups, make ups, our best moments and our worst moments. These were all real moments. That’s what makes us who we are. We share, we give, we love and we are open!
Everyone that knows me knows that I’m a hopeless romantic! I love with all of my heart and soul. I want a family and babies and a real life so badly that maybe I rushed in to something too soon. I believed in love and the dream of what I wanted so badly. I felt like I was on a fast roller coaster and couldn’t get off when now I know I probably should have. I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to and didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people.
I’m being honest here and I hope you respect my courage because this isn’t easy to go through. But I do know that I have to follow my heart. I never had the intention of hurting anybody and I accept full responsibility for my actions and decisions, and for taking everyone on this journey with me. It just didn’t turn out to be the fairy tale I had so badly hoped for.
There are also reports that I made millions of dollars off of the wedding. These reports are simply not true and it makes me so sad to have to even clarify this. I’m so grateful to everyone who took the time to come to my wedding and I’ll be donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation.
I’m sorry if I have hurt anyone, but my dad always told me to follow my heart. I believe now that I really am.
