Over the last couple weeks we’ve seen and heard a lot from Mariah Yeater, a 20-year-old woman who claimed Justin Bieber fathered her child. I think the thing that threw a lot of us for a loop was the fact that she didn’t come off like a crazy person. When she talked about her rendezvous in the bathroom, she didn’t necessarily LOOK like she was lying! The baby was the right age – if the hookup had happened. Several people thought the baby looked like Justin.

THEN …. she started talking a lot more, and people did some digging. Turns out Justin wasn’t the first guy she accused of fathering her baby. The first guy she thought was her baby daddy – she ended up being arrested for assaulting him!

Looks like everyone who said she was out for publicity was right, she’s now very quietly dropped her suit against Justin.

Single mother Mariah Yeater has quietly dismissed her paternity suit against teenage pop star Justin Bieber.

The 20-year-old, who gave birth to son Tristyn four months ago, has apparently had a change of heart after filing legal action against the Canadian singer two weeks ago.

Her lawsuit seeking a paternity test and child support was withdrawn last week, according to TMZ.com.

Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, the two lawyers who were representing Yeater, have apparently resigned.

The withdrawal of the suit comes after Bieber not only said he would submit to a DNA test, but was also planning to sue Yeater for making a bogus claim.

This story just makes me sad. One day this kid is going to grow up – and see how desperate and pathetic his mom was. It’s just so sad what some people will do for a little attention. Especially when a child is involved.

Bradley Cooper!!!

People Magazine named Bradley Cooper their Sexiest Man Alive for 2011. I agree – I do find him hot…… but it feels so predictable. Right now there are SO many other HOTTER guys right now. I was really pushing for Ryan Reynolds or Michael Fassbender (mmm). Pick someone who’s hot right NOW. Someone who makes really hot movies! I dunno, I’m a bit disappointed with this years pick. What do you think?

Sure, he’s easy on the eyes, but there’s more to 2011’s Sexiest Man Alive Bradley Cooper than dazzling baby blues and a killer smile.

Ladies, take note: this Georgetown grad can whip up dinner, take you for a spin on his motorcycle and whisper sweet nothings in French (he’s fluent!). Just don’t try convincing him what a catch he is.

“I think it’s really cool that a guy who doesn’t look like a model can have this [title],” says the Hangover actor, 36. “I think I’m a decent-looking guy. Sometimes I can look great, and other times I look horrifying.”

Another reason to love him? Cooper, whose father Charles passed away in January, is especially close with his mom, Gloria. When he learned he’d been crowned Sexiest Man Alive, the “first thing I thought,” he says, “was, ‘My mother is going to be so happy.’ ”

So what’s the truth about his dating status?

Cooper, who was with Renée Zellweger for two years until their split in March and has been spotted out with Jennifer Lopez in recent months, says he’s a “single 36-year-old male.”

“If you’re a single man and you happen to be in this business,” he says, “you’re deemed a player. But I don’t see myself as a ladies’ man.”

Michael Buble knows a thing or two about publicity. During his Nov. 8 performance at the iHeartRadio Live concert in New York, the Canadian singer announced to his audience “Ladies and gentlemen, I have a very special guest. Please welcome Kim Kardashian [to the stage].”

Then, according to the New York Post, the audience roared, but Buble revealed he was just kidding. “Nah, just f**king with you! That bitch isn’t coming on my stage!”

The Post reports the singer dedicated his next song, a cover of Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good” to Kris Humphries and made another joke about the couple who filed for divorce after 72 days of marriage.

“She hurt him, she hurt him! I wish she had hurt me!” he joked.
