When it comes to hair removal, Kim Kardashian knows a thing or two about it, having had her first bikini wax at 12 years of age and she has even admitted to waxing her forehead, arms and everything.

Hair removal company, Radiant has filed a lawsuit against the reality star claiming she made false and misleading statements about their rival company TRIA for whom she is the company’s spokesperson. Surprise surprise!

Kim raved publicly that she regularly uses the TRIA at-home laser treatment all over her body. This is where it gets hairy, Radiant are arguing that the treatment is not safe for the face, neck, ears, nipples, butt and privates and it even states that in the TRIA instruction manual.

Kim put her hairy foot in it when she also stated that, “You’ll never need razors or shaving cream again.” Although, the treatment is meant to be used as a combination with shaving. She also admitted to using  hair removal treatments for most of her life so TRIA cannot be her secret.

Something tells me she may win this one by the hair of her chin….

Expectant mom, Jennifer Garner stepped out with her youngest daughter, Seraphina Affleck in Santa Monica, California.

They were making their way to Huckleberry restaurant for an early meal. Seraphina became shy of the cameras as they left the eatery but after Mama Garner had a talk with her she was all smiles.

It’s the news we’ve all been waiting to hear and now there are photos to prove it of Prince Harry grabbing a hand full of Pippa Middleton’s derriere.

Only problem is they’re fake! Ohhhhh bummer!

The shots are courtesy of satirical photographer, Alison Jackson who spent months searching for almost identical look-alikes for this project that has everybody smiling and wishing it was for real.

The photos feature the fake Harry with his hand on Pippa’s butt while a fake Prince William and Kate Middleton stand by unawares. There are also snaps of the cheeky pair dancing and feeding each other wedding cake.

Another features Pippa leaving half naked Harry’s room the morning after the Royal Wedding dressed in nothing by Prince Harry’s uniform jacket.

Both the real-life Prince and Pippa are single, so you never know….

Kendell Jenner, the second youngest sister in the Kardashian-Jenner Klan along with the whole Kardashian Krew, including Kim, celebrated her Sweet 16 with a lavish party at the Andaz Hotel, Hollywood complete with reality television cameras, corporate sponsors and the ultimate birthday gift for a 16-year-old… a $90,000 black 2012 Range Rover from parents Kris and Bruce Jenner.

“Kendell was thrilled and jumped right in the car with friends,” reveals an insider. “She spent about fifteen minutes in there checking everything out, oohing and aahing over the car. She was in the driver’s seat and her friends were crowding around inside the car.”

With the party sponsored by the Sugar Factory there was plenty of free candy and sugar-high teens running around. Khloe told her sister’s friends, “Let’s go party! That’s the only wasted you can get – chocolate wasted!”

Apparently Scott Disick hasn’t been showing up in support of Robert Kardashian on Dancing With the Stars. I don’t know this, of course, because I can’t make it 5 minutes through that show. Anyway, apparently Scott has been BANNED from the set of the ABC hit because Scott’s a cheater. Gasp!

According to Life & Style, Scott hooked up with Kristin Cavallari, while he was on a break from Kourtney.

With Rob Kardashian on Dancing With the Stars, the whole Kardashian clan came out each week to show its support. Well, almost the entire clan. Absent until the Oct. 31 show was Scott Disick, the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s son, Mason! Now insiders tell Life & Style that Kourtney had banned her boyfriend from the tapings — and with good reason!

In the new issue, on newsstands now, sources reveal to Life & Style that Scott had an affair with Kristin Cavallari, a DWTS contestant until being eliminated in early October and newly single at the time, just before Kourtney became pregnant with her and Scott’s child.

“While Kourtney and Scott were on a break, Scott hooked up with Kristin,” a friend reveals to Life & Style.

So when both Rob and Kristin were confirmed as contestants on DWTS, “Scott and Kourtney argued about Kristin,” a friend confirms. “Kourtney can’t stand her now and didn’t want Scott at show tapings.”

A Kardashian pal confirms that “Scott and Kristin hooked up in Las Vegas during a time [February 2009] that he was on a break from Kourtney.” The Kardashian pal adds that Kristin, Kourtney and Scott were best friends with Kristin during her Laguna Beach days and even after Kristin stopped dating Kourtney’s stepbrother Brody Jenner. Hanging out at Brother Jimmy’s in NYC or dancing at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, the three reality stars were close until Kourtney first caught Scott and Kristin on a date at Apple Lounge in LA on March 11, 2009.

She and Kristin have been enemies ever since. “Kourtney was furious,” the Kardashian pal tells Life & Style. “She and her sisters have called Kristin ‘the whore bag’ ever since.”

But that wasn’t the only rendezvous Scott and Kristin had. “Actually, Scott and Kristin were hooking up on and off for a year, maybe even two,” a second Kardashian friend reveals to Life & Style. “When Kourt and Scott would fight, he’d party with Kristin and hook up.”

Things have gotten so bad between Scott and Kourtney lately that an insider tells Life & Style that Scott moved out of their hotel suite and into his own room at the Gansevoort Park Avenue in NYC while the two were in town filming Kourtney & Kim Take New York. “I’m seeing Scott slip back into his old patterns,” Kourtney says in the Nov. 27 premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take New York.
