He taped the show with co-host Kelly Ripa. Also in attendance were his friends including former co-host Kathy Lee Gifford and Bryant Gumble, Maria Menounos, Donald Trump and Regis’ wife and children.

Johnny Depp has been tipped as the hot favorite to play Michael Jackson in a biopic about the life of the King of Pop.

Other contenders include Usher, Zac Efron, Will Smith or Justin Timberlake.

The director will have his hands full trying to cast the right person with a source revealing: “It’s going to be one mammoth task trying to get someone good enough at acting and dancing to fill Michael Jackson’s moon-walking shoes. They will need someone with edge, with uniqueness about them.”

Ghostbuster director Ivan Reitman and Up In The Air producer Tom Pollock are currently in talks regarding the project.

The latest twist in the Justin Bieber baby daddy drama has been revealed through text messages sent by Mariah Yeater to the real father of her son, a guy by the name of Robbie.

The text message from Mariah reads: “Pleeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbies Son. I’ll kick u when we get paid. I’m trusting you pleeease.”

In another text she pleaded: “Would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son’s life?” – which obviously implies that Justin is not the father of her child.

Justin Bieber’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman released a statement regarding the messages saying: “This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story.”

“Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never met Justin, she has consistently identified another man as the child’s father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media.”

“There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be.”

Mariah claims she had a hot and heavy moment with the Biebs backstage after one of his concerts in October 2010, resulting in the birth of her son Tristyn. Earlier this week Mariah dropped her case against Biebs after two of the single mother’s lawyers threw in the towel following Justin’s agreement to take a DNA test.
