The Ashton & Demi Saga Continues: His Wandering Eye, Her Insecurities

As Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore work privately to finalize their divorce after 6-years of marriage, insiders are coming out saying that they know exactly why the couple couldn’t make their marriage work. This time, PEOPLE magazine spoke with someone who claims it was his wandering eyes and her insecurities that caused the marriage to fail.

A “longtime friend” of Ashton’s claims:

“[The marriage had] been deteriorating for a long time. Ashton was ready to end it, [but] he wanted to wait for Demi to actually do it. He loved her but couldn’t live with her. ”

“[Demi] really wanted to save the marriage but couldn’t deal with the pain of his cheating.”

“They were fed up with each other.”

The friend also says that the 15-year age difference made Demi constantly doubt herself.

“If anyone was uncomfortable with the age difference, it was Demi, not Ashton. She drove him crazy after a while with questions and doubts.”

Kris Humphries to Sue for $10 Million? Father Says He Got “Used”

According to Life & Style, Kim Kardashian‘s estranged husband Kris Humphries is planning on suing her, while his father tells the magazine that his baller son got used by the reality star.

An insider allegedly told the magazine that Kris has hired lawyers to see what his options are as far as his placement in the Kardashian brand goes, possibly taking his ex-wife to court for $10 million.

“Kris has a legal team investigating his options. He’s claiming his role on Kourtney & Kim Take New York is bigger than he was told, and that’s why he wants more money. But Kris is also suing because he’s really worried about how badly he’s going to be portrayed on the series.”

Kris may be worried about footage that shows him poking fun at Kim’s bestie Johnathan Cheban about his sexual preference.

Midway through the season, Kris starts bullying Kim’s best friend, Jonathan Cheban, about his sexuality. Jonathan isn’t gay, but Kris accuses him of being gay and criticizes him for it in a really homophobic way. Jonathan is really upset.”

“Kris used the word ‘gay’ as an insult, to try and hurt Jonathan. He’s the lowest of the low bullying someone like this.”

Though he can’t stop the premiere, his lawyer Lee Hutton III is doing his best to stop any negative footage from being portrayed from this point forward.

Kris, his family and his friends maintain that much of Kris’ appearance on Kourtney & Kim was scripted — including scenes in which he ponders Jonathan’s sexuality — and that he’s not homophobic. “Little did Kris know that he was being set up,” his father, William Humphries, tells Life & Style exclusively. “Kris got used –100 percent used.”

Bethenney Frankel’s Skinnygirl Margaritas Accused to Using Low Quality Tequila

Real Housewives of New York star Bethenney Frankel is catching heat this morning, this time because her Skinnygirl Margaritas are being accused of using a low grade tequila.

There has been a $10 million lawsuit filed against Bethenney’s Skinnygirl Margarita company because the ingredients claimed that it was “all natural” with “no preservatives,” made with agave nectar and 100% blue agave tequila.

In an amended version of the lawsuit, two drinkers of Skinnygirl claim that the tequila used is “a lower quality and purity tequila by-product called mixto – essentially a mash of tequila and some unknown additives (rarely organic) which may comprise as much as 49 percent of the final mixed liquor.”

Lawyer Tom Mullaney says that agave and mixto are vastly different:

“[It's] like comparing Thunderbird wine to a fine Chianti.  They’re both wine but very different.”

The parent company, Beam Global Spirits, called the lawsuit “frivolous” and defended their position that they justly placed the properly listed all ingredients. Bethenney sold Skinnygirl Margaritas to Beam Global Spirits for $100 million.

Michelle Williams Didn’t Feel Sexy in Her ‘Marilyn’ Role

She may have been portraying one of the sexiest women in Hollywood history, but Michelle Williams said that she didn’t feel sexy playing iconic figure Marilyn Monroe in her My Week with Marilyn role.

She told Piers Morgan:

“Honestly, no [I didn't feel sexy].You know, maybe in those kind of moments — in the moment line in the bathtub or the scene with the school boys… but not consistently.

“Not in your every day life, not on the weekends when all that comes off, the hair, the wig, the costume. There’s some sort of strange in between person underneath.”

While watching the film, Michelle admits that it feels like she’s looking at some other person.

“I don’t really know who I’m looking at any more.

“It’s just kind of at her. Whenever I see it, it’s a she or a her. It’s not me. And I wouldn’t be audacious to say it was Marilyn. It’s just some other being. It’s a strange relationship.”

Does Kate Gosselin have a whole new face?

Kate Gosselin has gotten herself a real day job, believe it or not. These new photos show Kate Gosselin apparently sitting at her desk, working as a CouponCabin.com blogger. US Weekly points out that her face doesn’t really look the same as it used to. Did she get some work done?

Has Kate Gosselin gone under the knife — again?

When the former reality star recently reported for her first day as a CouponCabin.com blogger, she revealed a new face to go with her new gig. And it’s not the first time the formerly full-figured brunette has freshened up.

“She’s consumed with her appearance,” a source says of Gosselin, 36, whose TLC reality show Kate Plus 8 was canceled in August.

To keep her youthful appearance, the single mom of eight — who got a tummy tuck in 2007 and breast implants in 2009 — relies on thrice-weekly tanning sessions. Last June, she even gave herself Botox injections! (The result: unnaturally arched eyebrows.)

New York City plastic surgeon Jon Turk tells the new issue of Us Weekly (on sale Monday) that based on recent photos, it looks like Gosselin’s gone more extreme this time: A defined jawline and changed eye shape “suggest a facelift.”

It’s not surprising, the source tells Us: “Kate wants to look 10 years younger.”

I agree that it definitely looks like she got some work done, but who knows if it was an entire face lift or not. Maybe she just followed in Jill Zarin’s footsteps and got a “liquid facelift”.

Sadly enough, her face actually looks better now. It’s not so harsh as it used to be – it looks softer.

Jeremy Renner: “Any woman would take a No. 2 seat to my job”

Action star Jeremy Renner covers the latest issue of DETAILS. After two decades of struggle, the intense, hard-working actor burst onto the scene in 2008’s The Hurt Locker. Now the two-time Academy Award nominee is getting some action—and a place on Hollywood’s A-list with mega-budget movies like The Avengers and Mission: Impossible—Ghost Protocol. But that doesn’t mean he’s about to give up his construction business. DETAILS interviewed rising action star Jeremy Renner for the cover story of the mag’s December/January issue, which features photos of the actor by Norman Jean Roy. The issue hits stands nationwide on November 29.

On how the hands-on physicality of rebuilding houses compares to filmmaking…
“Building a house is like producing a movie. There’s no right way to do it, but a lot of wrong ways. You have to be flexible and creative. You have to move fast, be prepared—or it quickly becomes costly. These sound like life lessons. It certainly affected how I approach my life.”

On fixing up old houses while he waited for roles that mattered to him earlier in his career…
“I wasn’t super-happy being so poor. Eating on $10 a month—probably not very good for you. But I loved what I was doing. Not every actor gives their life to do this job. Some just do it as a job. Well, it’s my life.”

On dating…
“I never dated, because I couldn’t afford to date. I didn’t even have electricity. You try to put a positive spin on it, like, ‘Hey, this is so sexy—look at all these candles!’ But I loved what I was doing. The sacrifices I made in personal relationships had the biggest effect on my life. Even now, any woman would take a No. 2 seat to my job.”

On his film roles…
“I’m blessed to have cool roles in these big movies. Because nothing against Transformers, but thank God I don’t have to do a monologue to a robot. I don’t know how Shia, God bless him, does that.”

On unwanted attention and celebrity culture:
“I don’t pay attention to that horseshit. Build ‘em up to bring ‘em down? I’m not going on that train, my son. I’m not going on that train. I’ll walk. I’ll take a bike. [Renner laughs.] I’d rather just not be popular.”

Kate Winslet cozies up next to Roman Polanski in new photo call

Kate Winslet cozied up next to Roman Polanski during a photo call for their new movie, ‘Carnage’ in Paris, France. Since Roman is currently on the run from the law (for raping a child in the 80′s), there won’t be any photo calls in the U.S.. I always find it interesting the celebs that choose to work with him (and Woody Allen for that matter). Doesn’t anyone care about what these guys have done? Woody had an affair with his teenage DAUGHTER – and Roman raped a 13 year old girl!

Anyway, off my high horse. Here are Kate, John C. Reilly and Roman Polanski in Paris to promote their new film, ‘Carnage’.

In the screen adaptation of playwright Yasmina Reza’s acclaimed Broadway play The God of Carnage, Polanski tells the tale of two sets of parents who meet up to talk after their children get into a fight at school.

The film has premiered at the Venice Film Festival.

Electric comic timing and star performances from an A-list cast of Kate Winslet, Jodie Foster, John C. Reilly and Christopher Waltz drive the film, shot in real time as the adults try settle the dispute with unpredictable twists.

Though “Carnage” is set in Brooklyn, it was shot in Paris as the French-Polish director is unable to travel freely around Europe because he is wanted in the United States following a conviction there for unlawful sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl in 1977.

And darnit if this movie doesn’t look good!!

PS: Kate looks unbelievable!
