It’s only been a month since host Giuliana Rancic underwent breast cancer surgery, but she tells Parade.com that she has been recovering well and is remaining optimistic.

Giuliana had a double lumpectomy, and while she was initially a “nervous wreck” to reveal to the world that she was facing such a life-threatening challenge, she says she’s overwhelmed by the love and support.

“I’m good. I’m hanging in there. I have good days and bad days.”

“I know it sounds so cliché, but I think it helped me recover quicker, and it got me in better spirits,” Rancic, 36, says of the fan feedback. “The word I kept seeing over and over again was ‘strong.’ ‘Be strong. You’re strong.’ ”

“That word has never meant so much to me as it has this past month.”

After a doctor recommended that she have a mammogram while she underwent in vitro fertilization, Giuliana discovered that there were cancerous lumps in her breasts. She hopes that her story will urge more women to get checked regularly and take better care of themselves.

“Early detection means too much. I want women to make sure they’re taking care of their health and being proactive.”

New mommy Selma Blair is skipping the red carpets and late night parties because she’s loving every minute with her 4-month-old son, Arthur.

She said that her baby boy is already showing off his personality, describing him as:

“He is so amusing. He laughs really loud, and he is so strong.”

As every new mother can vouch, she’s exhausted from his schedule but doesn’t mind it all.

“He wakes up every 20 minutes all night. But I’m really grateful to see his smile every time. He is the love of my life.”

We all know that Angelina Jolie teeters in the balance of angelic and weird, but In Touch Weekly claims to have spoken to a former employee who knows her well, saying the actress has the most bizarre behaviors that creep people out.

“She tries to hide it, but she has a crazy side to her that’s beyond just being quirky. In the end, she just can’t hide the crazy.”

“When Angelina’s kids get cuts and scrapes, she saves their discarded bandages in a large jar. She thinks she’s being edgy and artistic, but to others, she just seems weird.”

“She locks herself in the basement every day and exercises for hours. No one is to bother her during that time.”

Okay, so she likes band-aids and exercise. Big deal. Call me when she starts biting the heads off of spiders or something really intense.

You may think that being known as the “White House Party Crasher” is enough humiliation, but Tareq Salahi takes his wife’s infidelities with Journey guitarist and ex-friend Neal Schon much more seriously, seeing as he’s suing them both for $17 million.

Both Neal and Michaele Salahi were very public with their romantic tryst and Tareq claims the public humiliation has not only effected him emotionally, but financially.

He says pending TV deals have been canceled and he’s strapped with $2 million in debt.

Regarding the lawsuit, Schon said he thinks “some people don’t like to work. I think some people need to get a grip and move on.”

It’s reported that Neal will be with Michaele and her family for Thanksgiving.
