Is it just me – or are Nicole Richie and Rachel Zoe morphing into the same person?

At the very least, Nicole Richie is just simply aging herself with bad hair – and too much foundation. She could look a LOT younger than this. She’s one of those people who looks much better without makeup. (Damn her!)

Anyway, here is designer Nicole Richie at Fred Seagal on Melrose in West Hollywood,  for a presentation of House of Harlow 1960, her fashion brand.
